Mark is riding out the credit crunch from a flat near Gloucester Road.

He has been practising his inadequacies by playing bridge and having a go at Countdown, as well as occasionally visiting the golf course.

He is 44, and has children aged 6 and 2. As Mr Magoo, he has been setting puzzles for about 8 years, mostly for the Magpie, but also appearing in the Listener, One Across, the Independent on Saturday and the Spectator.
