Very nice presentation, although I’m not that keen on the ratings font. But contra the E-dition’s claim to green credentials, printing out six A4 pages plus the entry form, as I’m sure most subscribers will, uses the same amount of paper as the ‘treeware’ version! More if single-sided.
(I’m about to print out two pages per sheet in the hope that the print is still legible…)
How long is Magpie 60.5 going to be available on the site? It’s just that I was thinking of sticking a message about it on the Doctors.org forum, as a possible way of drumming up some custom, and if it’s likely to disappear I’d like to give potential subscribers some warning!
Hopefully it will be available forever. There are no plans to delete old content from the site. Just distribute the URL of the page in the “news” section, which is publicly accessible. The same goes for the free best-of issue.

Congratulations – this looks very handsome, even if it is harder to fit in my jacket pocket than the old A5 format!

Well, you’ve at last got me as a paid-up punter. I look forward to some tough solving.

It’s greener in terms of distribution…
